We were curious about shipping times, but they did not disappoint. Shipping moment was under 3 days, if you live in an area that will not have access to this sort of e-liquid, don’t worry. The client service representatives have become patient with international customers, plus they made sure that we got our product very quickly. One thing that you should know about the worldwide orders, though, is that they must proceed through customs before they’re shipped to you. If your shipment gets organized at the customs, it could take up to a week before it is released to you.
It didn’t take us long to find out why they don’t ship together with your country’s shipping method. Global orders generally have bigger sizes than in the continental US, which means that the Element Vapor may take a lot longer to be processed than regular orders. The reason for this is due to the coils on the products must be ground completely toned. If the coils are usually unevenly terrain, the delivery delays may occur.

So, please note that if you purchase a Covid-19 style ionizer, it will likely be much more expensive because it is made specifically to match the Element Vaporizers and not vice versa.
Since my organization is based out of California, I am able to market my wares internationally. But, lots of people do not realize that the business isn’t exclusively based out of California. Personally, i live in New Zealand, where the company manufactures its devices under the brand names Vaporesso and CoolJelly. There is also a retail establishment in Canada.
When ordering from the business online, customer service was our number one concern. I emailed them about two questions: first, that which was their delivery policy? Second, were their refund guidelines and product warranty policies and procedures? In my own understanding, customer service is important, but shipping timeframes were also something that we were unaware of. I sent them a contact in July, asking for further information regarding their shipping timeframes and if their products could be shipped to my home without the delays.
In my opinion, customer service was excellent. The representatives did respond quickly to my questions and I received a lot of information regarding their products on the market, their shipping guidelines and their industry leading age verification software. Customer service is probably the most important thing that they are offering customers, but beyond that, everything else about their business was excellent.
After completing my evaluation, I’d definitely recommend this company to other pro e-liquidators. My only advice to other potential buyers would be to do your personal product research. Read customer critiques, seek out independent review sites and be familiar with the company’s products available. Unless you know much about the company at all, after that do some homework. I can’t say that I’m making sufficient money to give up smoking, but I am comfortably being area of the e-liquidation industry while keeping my family content.
